Product Availability

Manufacture of Circular Blu products is dependant upon availability of recovered post-consumer blue wrap from hospitals with which we create recycling programs. Availability of post-consumer blue wrap for manufacture of Circular Blu products is not guaranteed, as it is dependant upon the amount of wrap sourced from hospitals. Circular Blu will take all reasonable actions to insure that post-consumer blue wrap will be available for product creation. Currently, there is no reason to believe there will be any shortages of blue wrap in the foreseeable future. In the event of blue wrap shortages, Circular Blu reserves the right to decline purchase orders during shortages.

Circular Blu takes several safety measures to ensure that our products are contaminant-free.

The measures that are taken to ensure there is no contamination are as follows:

Intrinsic Characteristics of Upcycled Products

Upcycled products may have some inconsistencies due to the fact that the material is being reused. Circular Blu is dedicated to using any materials that are suitable, instead of allowing the energy that went into the creation of these materials to be wasted. The same product may have slight variations from unit to unit such as coloration and minor tape marks on the inside of the bag where the tape was ripped off, and such circumstances cannot be the sole reason to return these products.

Standard Product Return Policy:

Standard products may be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund, not including shipping charges.

Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by Circular Blu or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Circular Blu will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit or returned to the incorrect address; please retain your return tracking information.

The refund amount will be reduced by 20% when:

Custom Branding Return Policy

Products such as the reusable patient/tote bag that contain custom branding can not be returned once order is confirmed and deposit has been received. This is because Circular Blu purchases non-returnable plastisol heat transfer materials from a third party to use for branding.

Customer is responsible for making sure there are no errors in the image file sent for custom branding projects (i.e. spelling mistakes, incorrect colors, etc.). Returns will not be accepted for these mistakes.

In the event of manufacturer's defects, or quality control complaints returns will be reviewed for acceptance as long as the issue is not due to slight variances due to the nature of upcycled products.

Image Submission for Custom Products

Please ensure that you have submitted an image for branding that is free of errors, and that you have permission to use the image. CIRCULAR BLU IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS THAT ARE OVERLOOKED AND LATER APPROVED BY THE CUSTOMER. In addition, Circular Blu cannot be held responsible for any damages that may be incurred as a result of the error or mistake after the order has been printed and accepted by the customer. Please be certain that you have permission to use the image, Circular Blu does not accept any liability arising from a customer's violations of a third party's intellectual property rights. The customer will be asked to approve the submitted image in writing (email is fine) before any order is confirmed.

Standard Products

Customers may purchase standard products without custom branding. If a customer chooses to purchase standard items from Circular Blu without any customized branding and then enlists a third party company/individual to apply a custom imprint to those items, please be advised that, after imprinting, Circular Blu cannot open any claims or fix any problems that may occur with the items. Any issues with standard items must be addressed before the items are sent to another company for imprinting.

Custom Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled at any time prior to order confirmation. Once customers submit deposit after having approved submitted branding image, the order is no longer returnable and an order confirmation will be sent to customer. If you require additional information or clarification, please contact sales@circularblu.com before approving those documents.
